These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Renomatix website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Renomatix Does

Renomatix is a lead-generation and referral service that connects homeowners with independent home-improvement contractors, service providers, and marketing partners ("Partners"). Renomatix does not itself perform home-improvement work and is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a Partner. We do not guarantee that any Partner will contact you, provide a quote, or perform any work, or the quality, pricing, licensing, or outcome of any Partner's services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the homeowner or an authorized decision-maker for the property to submit a request. By submitting, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the phone number you submit.

3. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting our form and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by Renomatix and our Partners as described in our Privacy Policy, including by autodialed and prerecorded/AI calls and text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP.

4. No Guarantee of Eligibility or Programs

Any references to programs, rebates, financing, or "no upfront cost" options are subject to eligibility, availability, and third-party terms. Submission does not guarantee approval or eligibility. Renomatix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency or program.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, submit false information, submit information about another person without authorization, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by Renomatix or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENOMATIX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY PARTNER. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renomatix and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
